How do I reset my Password or determine my userID ?

If your account is associated with any of the following WISeKey products, then you can reset it at the CertifyID account logon page: https://secure.certifyid.com/certifyid/accounts
  • CertifyID
  • WISeID
  • WISfans

You can also go directly to the forget password page: https://secure.certifyid.com/certifyid/accounts/recovery.aspx and resend a password reset link and userid to your email address.

If you have a WISePhone+ account then please open a support request with an email to support@wisekey.com for a password reset.
