How do I delete my account?

Currently its not possible to entirely delete your account from the CertifyID account system. As a PKI provider, we are required to keep data for at least 10 years.

What we recommend that you do is change your password to a very long random string.

Also send us your account and delete request, and we will make sure that you are removed from the default user mailing list.
